.Net Application Training Engineer               (posted 11/21/11)

Our client is a high growth software company looking for a .Net Application Training Engineer to provide training to clients both onsite and at their Educational Facilities. The Training Engineer will provide End User, Administrator, and Developer level training. Will work with the Sales and Services Teams to identify learning objectives for the client sites and will use the information gathered to develop tailored training curriculums that will be delivered to the clients on site. Will become familiar with the Client’s Training manuals and Training sites and use these tools to deliver trainings at the Educational Facilities.

The Training Engineer will deliver online feedback forms to the clients after each training engagement and will utilize the feed back to improve the delivery of their training. Will also provide post training feedback and insights to the Sales and Professional Services Teams to inform them of any concerns, needs, or additional opportunities that were discovered while delivering training to the client. Will be involved with building out custom training curriculums and documentation as well as work with the Services Team and the Documentation Specialist to develop custom training offerings.

The Training Engineer will contribute ideas and assist with updating existing and building out new training program offerings. This assistance includes but is not limited to research and development of exercises, documentation, Power Point Presentations, and other curriculum content and collateral as needed.

Travel is required, travel ranges from 75-80% of the time as schedules demand. Must be able to travel outside of the country should international travel be required on occasion.

This is a highly technical role which requires .Net development experience (beginner/intermediate level at a min) Ideal candidate will have pre/post technical support experience.

Required Skills: BS in Electronic Engineering or IT .NET certification or equivalent experienceTechnical Training and or Support experienceWeb Technology background.
